Birmingham Swifts' weekly Thursday run, meeting at the Pagoda. The LGBTQ+ running club welcomes all paces, with a monthly music-themed run and an ongoing Couch to 5k cohort for anyone starting out. Turn up, run with the flock and stay for the social afterwards.
