LGBTQ+ Community & Support in Birmingham

Peer support, identity and faith groups, and crisis help — a network of safe, welcoming spaces, most meeting at the Birmingham LGBT Centre on Hurst Street.

Birmingham's queer community is more than its nightlife — it's a network of peer-support, identity and faith groups, most of them meeting at the Birmingham LGBT Centre on Hurst Street.

Whatever you're navigating — coming out, transition, faith, isolation, or just wanting people who get it — there's a group below for you. Most are free, drop-in, and run by people who've been where you are.
