  • Parade: A colourful parade with floats, music, and rainbow stilt walkers will wind its way through the town centre.

  • Live Performances: The main stage in Mell Square will host a variety of live music performances, including tributes to Madonna, Cher, and Elton John.

  • Special Guests: Award-winning cabaret artist Fatt Butcher and celebrity hairdressers Royston Blythe and Nick Malenko will be making appearances.

Who's Performing at Solihull Pride 2025?

The event will be compered by esteemed local presenter Phil Oldershaw, a legend in the Birmingham LGBTQ+ scene. Phil's been a driving force in the community for years, having co-created and developed Birmingham Pride back in 1997. He was also the Operations Director for the iconic Nightingale Club, the country's second-largest gay club at the time. With his experience and passion for the LGBTQ+ community, Phil is the perfect host to guide Solihull through its first-ever Pride celebration.
